Bethesda Water Supply Corporation offers a variaty of ways to make your monthly payments.
Online Bill Payment or by Phone
If paying Online just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button and follow the prompts. You will be routed to Paystar, the online payment portal. You will only need to provide your account #. The payment portal will also allow you to create log in credentials if you wish to receive monthly bill notices &/or set up auto pay. The system will not allow you to process your payment until you have verified your account information by checking the box below it and agreeing to the terms. A cost of $1.50 will be charged when utilizing the online payment system or phone system. Bethesda does not have access to your log in credentials. The customer is responsible for controlling their own online account.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least 5 to 7 business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
A draft form is provided (draft form here) below for you to print, fill out & return to us. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account the first full week of every month.
Online Bill Pay through your Bank
Most banks provide an online bill payment service. Bethesda is not equipped to receive online electronic checks. Therefore they are received in the form of a printed check that is mailed. This process may take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days depending on the bank. To avoid late fees, process your electronic check at least 7 to 10 busness prior to your due date.
Please be aware, meter readings are not accepted on any check payments.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office located at 509 S. Burleson Blvd Burleson, TX. We accept cash, check, money orders & Credit Cards. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally the busiest. A night deposit box is available in our drive through for after hours drop offs.
