2025 Annual Membership Meeting

NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA:

            The Annual Membership Meeting for the Bethesda Water Supply Corporation will be held at the Meeting Room of Bethesda Water Supply Corp, located at 509 S. Burleson Blvd, Burleson, Texas 76028.  The meeting will start at 7:00 pm on Tuesday the 11^th of March 2025.

            Those members who will not be attending the meeting can cast their ballot at the Corporation’s office located at 509 S Burleson Blvd., Burleson, Texas 76028, or for your convenience, a postage paid envelope is enclosed.  Mail-in voting will close at 12:00 noon on Monday, the 10^th day of March 2025 for verification by the Election Auditor.  Members are allowed one vote regardless of the number of memberships owned in any way.  The Member is required to sign the ballot to make it acceptable to be counted.

            Those members attending the meeting will be asked to sign in at the door and cast their ballot after the quorum is established for the meeting.  There will be no nominations from the floor for director positions.

            The agenda for the Annual Membership Meeting is as follows.

1. Call the Meeting to Order at 7:00 PM by Presiding Director
2. Invocation

• Presiding Director reports a Quorum is established consisting of the ballots and the members present in person.

1. Reading and Approval of the previous Annual Meeting minutes.
2. Presiding Director calls for remaining ballots to be cast
3. Update reports
   1. Report of Manager
   2. Auditor’s Report on System Finances

• Questions and Answers
• Election Results are Announced by Election Auditor

1. Closing Comments by President
2. Adjournment of Meeting
